Jerry was born and grew up in the Washington DC area before moving to Concord MA, where he and his wife raised their family. Even before marriage, Jerry had become a real estate investor, having expanded from multiple rental properties to waterfront land speculation. This practice has continued, although somewhat abated since Jerry and his wife Linda moved to Florida in 2001. They currently live on the water in Indian Harbour Beach having decided on the Space Coast after an extensive search throughout Florida.
Jerry has established a significant record of superior performance in sales and marketing. He was for a number of years, Vice President of Sales and Marketing with Digital Equipment Corporation, a large Fortune 500 corporation that merged and ultimately became part of HP. He left Digital to found, build, grow and eventually sell, CollegeLink, a nationwide, publicaly held Corporation which allowed College applicants to use a computer to apply to multiple colleges and universities with just one input of their application information. CollegeLink was sold to Monster.com in 2001.
From a real estate perspective, Jerry knows the area well. As a Realtor he works out of the Coldwell Banker Paradise office in Satellite Beach, and more specifically works as part of the Frommann Team. Paul and Beth Frommann have a very successful, well-established, business and consistently rank among the best performing Coldwell Banker Realtors in Brevard and Indian River Counties. Jerry is a multi-million dollar and Top performer in his own right and both a Coldwell Banker Ruby Circle and Noble Circle Award winner. He is Military Certified and a Waterfront Specialist.
Jerry is a graduate in Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and Management from the Harvard Business School. He is an accomplished sailor although more recently has gotten accustomed to boats with bigger motors. He is a much less accomplished golfer, one of the few areas where “excellence” does not apply.
Jerry’s education and his superior track record of success in Business and Real Estate, coupled with his knowledge and love of the area, his experience as a successful investor and his close relationship with the Frommann Team, make him uniquely qualified to successfully represent you, in any and all of your real estate needs.
